FOCUS & SCOPE
Lisaniya: Advanced Studies on Arabic Language Teaching is a peer-reviewed journal focused on Arabic linguistics and its teaching at a global level. This journal is published by the Lisaniya Adabiya Association of Arabic Language and Literature Scholars, in collaboration with the Department of Arabic Language and Literature, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, State Islamic University Imam Bonjol Padang.
The editorial team invites academics, researchers, and practitioners in the field of Arabic language studies to submit scholarly articles for potential publication in this journal. All submitted articles will be evaluated by experts before publication. The full responsibility for the content of published articles lies with the authors.
The scope of research that Lisaniya publishes includes:
- Arabic Linguistics, covering research in phonology, morphology, semantics, pragmatics, discourse analysis, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, forensic linguistics, and neurolinguistics in the context of the Arabic language.
- Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language, encompassing research on methods and approaches in Arabic language learning, media in Arabic language teaching, and technology in Arabic language instruction.
- Arabic Literature Studies, including research on classical Arabic literature, modern Arabic literature, and Arabic literary criticism.
